Primary Human Blood Mononuclear Cells are a diverse group of blood cells that have a single round nucleus, which include lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, and NK cells), monocytes and dendritic cells. The cell fraction corresponding to red blood cells and granulocytes (neutrophils, basophils and eosinophils) is removed from whole blood by density gradient centrifugation. Source samples were obtained using Research Ethics Committee (REC) approved consent forms and protocols. Product may contain small amounts of mononuclear progenitor and/or stem cells. Cellular composition data by flow cytometry is available for every product batch.

Donors are screened for HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C at the time of collection. However, as testing cannot completely ensure the absence of infectious agents, this product should be treated as potentially infectious. Ensure proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols are followed when handling this product.

Store frozen cell products in the vapor phase of a liquid nitrogen storage tank. When transferring cells between containers, use a face shield and other appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for safety.
