Interrogate and interpret course data to understand outputs and successful results.
Identifying new solutions to deliver better service and results for stakeholders through leading change.
Accountable for the relationship of key stakeholders and governing bodies such as Liverpool Combined Authority, Department for Education and Ofsted.
Follow instructions to carry out improvement and supporting implementation of new policies.
Support network with other BioGrad departments.
Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk assessments, instigating review processes when necessary.
Responsible for day-to-day activities working independently as well as collaboratively in accordance with laboratory procedures
.Liaise and work collaboratively with other team members.
Communicate with other departments efficiently to allow smooth operations.
Continue professional development by keeping up to date with all technical knowledge and skills in line with current best practices.
Support other departments where required such as PCR, Education, Tender etc.
Communicate all issues to senior scientist and/or line manager as required in a timely manner.
